Last week I had the opportunity to deliver a Body Awareness Education for Self-Care workshop to an organisation whose staff deal with constant change within their workplace and with their clients. In addition I got to co present with the amazing amazonian goddess Robyn Jones. (And no we didn't know that we were both going to be wearing navy and beige shoes!)
