In this space our "wants" start to disappear replaced by trust in "enoughness." This essence that is love also understands that fear is only real in our ego mind. 01.01.2022 Vulnerability and openess feels scary. We feel undefended , perhaps at risk of rejection or harm. However the state of defensiveness in itself invites exactly what we don't want. Because it pushes people away, it creates rejection. Because it incites defensiveness in others, it creates attack. Only when we are prepared to truly be open and vulnerable, will we start to create the space for love to flood in. It is possible even if another is defensive or attacking to remain open, this has the greatest possibility of allowing love in.
