25.01.2022 We are so blessed about how good we are in WA But WE won't stop thinking forward, looking for great products to keep everyone safe. As soon as you walk... through the door, you will notice the following: automatic hand sanitiser station anti-microbial film installed at our entry door acrylic at counter space at our waiting area sanitise bed and equipment physio's hand hygiene All our staff have used face masks in mid-March, 2 weeks prior to the lock down in WA. And kept our masks on while maintaining our clinics open until May when our numbers eased. We still need your help though. If you are feeling unwell, sick, or any flu like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. Our physios and receptionist are no super human . Our staff won't be able to provide service for a few days, to recover or get tested if we get sick.

21.01.2022 PHYSIO continues to OPEN. Both Parkwood Physio & Livingston Physio will continue to provide our service. There has been some confusion caused by the media, which is understandable in this unprecedented times. To clarify, Physio is "essential" service, and we will continue to help people. (To hear the original speech: https://www.facebook.com/9NewsPerth/videos/198951941559787/... Scroll to start at ~5'00") To ensure the safety of every patients: 1. At our reception waiting area, chairs rearranged to maintain social distance. 2. Our staff have started to wear masks since last Thurday, to ensure further protection to both the patients and staff. 3. Continue to practise vigorous hand hygiene 4. Continue to disinfect regularly 5. Each patient has been reminded to reschedule if they are sick, been to overseas, or in contact with any possible COVID-19 case. See more

15.01.2022 <> Hi, all our lovely local clients and Western Australians . I have seen some locals, especially elderly taking more precautions while going out for essentials e.g. wearing masks , gloves etc. Due to the shortage of masks, if you would like to wear a mask, start doing it yourself, for your grandkids or your parents:... (Please SHARE or Tag this out if that can help the others as well) The link below, it is invented by a well-known scientist - K Kwong from Hong Kong. The design is 1) re-usable cloth mask and 2) add-on middle layer filter. Without the proper filter, can use the "paper towel" . It has been tested, can provide some degrees of filtration power (see attached photo). Website about the diy mask. https://diymask.site/ **Photos adopted from K Kwong's facebook page and website. Credit towards their team!!! P.S. We are part of the health care industry, so "yes" we continue to OPEN as long as we can for our clients' who need help.

If you have seen our previous post (deleted to avoid confusion) or received our text message, sorry for any confusion. We have been following the development tirelessly overnight. We were part of the essential service in our last lockdown in 2020. And therefore, along with Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA), we initially interpreted the same ...that we will be allowed to see patients face-to-face. We have looked into the WA government documentation, and APA has confirmed 6 am this morning. This week 1/2 to 5/2, Our clinics will only provideTelehealth consult, either video call or phone call. We are NOT allowed to see patients Face-to-Face. Core Exercise class (Pilates / Balance class) is cancelled Hydrotherapy class is cancelled For those who have booked your appointments this week, our receptionist will contact you one by one. Please wait from our call patiently, as there is a lot of you (YES, our Lovely people!!!). Lastly, Thanks for your support , and we will brave this out together once again. Stay Safe!
