When we forget about our own basic but essential needs like sleep, hydration, food and self nourishment, we can begin to wither away, mentally and physically. Did you know research has found that things like 30 mins of walking a day, keeping hydration levels up and making sure you are getting enough sleep can significantly improve our mental wellbeing and energy levels. That we can do!!!
