One little girl saying up all her pocket money to donate to us... she doesn't really realise how much that means to our community. Thank you.

08.01.2022 Yes we are open in lock down 2.0 Yes we are essential. Do we like it? no...... We like to huddle and gather and hug and share. But now we have to care and love and serve in a new disconnected way. Hopefully it won't be long and we can go back to long talks where we can see smiles. 08.01.2022 This popped up in my memories. It’s been 2 years since this was written. Feels like many of us are in this process of being replanted. ... Feels like this has been my life’s journey. Quietly, in the background working away at that which stops me from blooming. There always been a discomfort with the word potential. It has seemed to follow and haunt me since a little child. You could be so good but ONLY if you do this, it would be amazing if you just applied yourself a little more or dedicated more time to the study of this. All attempts to assist me to follow them towards their blooming. ENOUGH. Loving and accepting myself, that is enough. External validation no longer required. It’s inside of me, glowing. A work in progress. Always growing and changing. Never really knowing who is going to look back at me in the mirror. Who am I going to be and what I am going to create tomorrow. How will it look, in what way will it unfold, how will this bring more depth and acceptance into my world and how can this be used to help others? Evolving, dropping old ideas or habits that no longer serve me or bring value to my life. You see I’ve always been waiting for the perfect rain or soil or days filled with sunshine to bloom and somehow, something inside realised, it was blooming. It’s imperfect, messy and sometimes a lot of chaos but we are blooming, it’s not one perfect blossom but a bush full of blossoms opening at the ideal time, surrendered. The wisdom to just bloom.
