24.01.2022 This beautiful lady at 63 has inspired me that at any age you can certainly look and feel your best. One the points I love about people’s transformations is the way their posture changes. You can see they are positive and happy. The body shape thins down all over and they hold there posture in a more correct manner. As we age the importance of bone and muscle care needs to become important for us to be healthy and able the body to function as it should. It does not mean you go hard out at a gym. There are many ways to achieve this even in your home. Don’t be afraid to try, it will only improve your life quality. Thank you Deb for sharing these photos. Much respect and gratitude

18.01.2022 Anything of value in life has a cost! The reward though will outweigh the cost by so much more. Health is what you need to live!... Its not something you can afford to gamble with. If you don't pay now and live a healthy life, you will pay so much more later in life. I'm not just talking about money. Illness robs you of everything life has to offer. When I started writing this, it was not my intention to write these words. It just flowed as I started. I wanted to celebrate this beautiful lady as she made a choice to improve her life quality. Don't wait till the new year, start now and by the new year you will feel so much better inside and out. It really is simple once you make the decision. Does $11 a day sound expensive? It's not when it can change your quality of life and prevent you so much more later in life when dealing with the cost of illness. The cost covers two meals a day. My husband is a doctor and we see so many people each day who have neglected their healthy and they are now paying for it. I'm trying to build awareness to help people not go down this road. It is my passion. I have a program that is simple, I help you find your way and teach you many ways to make changes. Look at what you spend each day on take aways, coffees or unhealthy snacks. Health must come first if you want to live a life of freedom and enjoy each day. Weight pulls you down, it makes you tired, you don't sleep well, there is pressure on your lungs and cardio vascular system, your digestive tract, kidneys and the list goes on. Don't wait till its too late, take action now! I'm not a sales person, I am genuine and wanting to help those that want to be helped.



18.01.2022 Just thinking about how these men weren’t given a choice they didn’t live a life of freedom. They were told what to do, trained to kill and expected to live a ‘normal’ life if they survived. How can anyone live a normal life after such a horrific experience. To think we have choice and freedom in our life. We sit back and complain about little things that in the big picture mean nothing. ... You know what matters. Being grateful for your life, family, and friends. Love is what we need to be and project out into this world. Smile at someone in the street, help an elderly person across the road, give to others less fortunate. Be kind and not resentful to others. We don’t know their history. Everyone is doing their best to deal with whatever difficulties they’ve experienced in life. Next time you go to react, feel anger, get annoyed or feel sorry for yourself. Step into the other persons shoes. Lead with love and compassion and make our soldiers feel their war for us was worth something, that we found freedom, love your neighbour and do good unto all others. I ask you all from this day forward practice gratitude for your life and shine like a bright star where ever you go. You will be surprised how amazing you will feel. Bless you all, you are all beautiful, unique and loved. You are here for a purpose and life is valuable. Never forget

17.01.2022 Just doing my normal research in clinical papers etc. I love learning more about the human body and health. The industry is saturated with fads on loosing weight. Do you eat carbs or not. Protein or fat. It gets confusing. Unless you fully understand what the human body needs we can be miss lead. As I was in my early years. Like the heart tick, that’s all about money and the sad thing is low fat is higher in sugar and doesn’t satisfy your hunger. Protein, Carbs, fats and fi...bre are all important in the homeostasis of the human body. We would not live without them. A complete meal or protein shake needs to have them all if you are supplementing. And yes some sugar each day is required for daily survival. This can come from fruits veggies and grain.
