19.01.2022 Hello Beautiful People and Happy New Years Eve. The last day of the year for me is a day to reflect on the year that has been, what I’d like to let go of and what intentions I’d like to bring into the New Year. I spent some time this morning Journalling about what I’d like to leave behind as we move into the new year. I’ve actually been working on letting go of these things for the last month so that I don’t take them into 2021 with me. I wanted to end the year as I’d like... to start it (But don’t worry it’s not to late ) I’d encourage you to spend some time today really reflecting on what is in your life that isn’t serving you anymore, Is it a behaviour, a belief, a habit, maybe even a person? Im also going to spend tomorrow morning setting my intentions for the New Year. I’ll journal around. What are my Words for 2021? What are my Intentions for the New Year? What are my Goals? Career and Personal? What rituals would serve me? And really flesh these out by making points on how I’m going to do this, what steps am I going to take?? I really hope you all have a wonderful New Years Eve with people you love and can bring some wonderful habits and rituals that will support you in reaching your goals into the New Year

17.01.2022 Why do you workout? Do you enjoy it? It is absolutely Normal to have physical goals when it comes to Fitness however diving deeper and finding a more holistic why will be far more motivating than just looking good. If your reason is To lose weight dig a bit deeper. Why do you want to lose weight? Is it so you can run around with your kids, move around easier, feel more comfortable in your body, improve your health and lower your Health risks. If you want to Grow your muscle...s, is it just so you can look good or do you want to feel strong, to carry those groceries up a flight of stairs, to reduce your risk of injuries. If your exercising to look good, could your driving force also be to feel better mentally, to boost your mood, to feel a sense of achievement. I encourage you you think about your why, sit down and journal about it, be gentle with yourself though as some stuff might come up you weren’t prepared for.

15.01.2022 Its your birthday and I just have no words for you @carlsrobbo . I have no words because there are no words to express the impact your presence has in my life, no words for how supported I feel with you in my corner, no words that could describe how unconditionally loved I feel in our friendship, no words to explain the laughter we’ve shared over all these years. There are just no words that could let you know just how bloody special you are. So I’ll just say Happy Birthday my beautiful Bestie. I love you

11.01.2022 Hi! I thought it was about time I introduce myself as I haven’t for awhile and have a few new followers. My name is Alicia, I’m 37 years old and am passionate about Healthy Living. Here’s a few things about me. I feel things deeply and I love with my whole heart.... My battles with my mental health make me stronger every day. I have 2 kiddo’s, 10 Year old Indigo & 5 year old Hunter. I’ve been with my Husband for 17 years. I’m a mobile personal trainer and I love it! I had multiple prolapses post kiddos which I was unable to heal and 2 years ago I had a partial Hysterectomy and a rectocele repair. I am extremely passionate about empowering woman to safely return to exercise post Bubs. If you have never seen a Woman’s Health Physio I will STRONGLY urge you to see 1. I prioritise Self Care and believe you should too. I am forever grateful for the beautiful friends I have around me. I’m currently working on my spiritual growth, connection and feeling all the feels to heal and grow. I am always working on my relationship-with myself and my body image. I was terrified of becoming a mother-because of my OCD, to the point where I didn’t want to have kids, I had a surprise pregnancy and it was honestly the best thing that’s ever happened to me I’m on Anti-depressants. I believe we’re all here for a purpose. I believe in sharing our tough experiences in hope of helping others I move my body most days and eat nourishing foods to support my mental health. There’s a few things about me Now it’s your turn. Tell me 3 things about you?

06.01.2022 As common as it is for ladies to Wee when they Run, jump, lift something heavy or sneeze, it’s actually not normal. If you are finding this happening to you it is a sign that you shouldn’t ignore. I would suggest getting your but (or your vagina ) in to see your Womans Health Physio. She can check your pelvic floor, see what’s going on and map out a plan for you to fix it. In the mean time I’d suggest taking a break from any high impact exercises, heavy weights and intense ...core workouts until you get it checked out to be on the safe side. If you are doing these things with a weakened pelvic floor you can risk further damage e.g. Prolapse. It’s super important as woman that we have a nice strong and healthy Pelvic Floor before we go throwing any extra weight on it through bouncing, crunching and lifting etc. There’s a lot of low impact exercise you can do in the mean time such as Walking, stairs/hills, seated weights, Swimming, cycling etc.

03.01.2022 New Years Day 2021 I hope you had as wonderful a start to the year as we did!!! Run, Açai bowls and beach with family, it doesn’t get much better! I started my day with some meditation and journalling where I set my intentions. My intentions for this year are to Choose Love, bring more Joy and freedom to my life and to always have my purpose at the forefront of my mind ... Have you set your intentions for this year? I’d love to hear them?
