22.01.2022 Liv It Up fitness is changing location!!! I am very sad to let you all know that this will be my last transform fitness challenge here in a Gove My family and I are relocating to Darwin for work and will be leaving in 3 weeks time. We are very excited to start a new adventure but Im very Sad to leave all the wonderful people I have met here in gove I will finish both challenges I am currently running arvy/morning. Anyone from arvy that would like to join the mornings f...or the remainder of the challenge (3 weeks ) pls pm me for details. Lets make the most of the next few weeks!!! you have all done so well and I can not be more proud of everyone. BELIEVE that you can acheive your fitness goals and NEVER ever give up .!!!!!!! I look forward to pushing and helping everyone as much as i can over the next few weeks so you are all motivated and driven Thank you so much for all your support and participation. 20.01.2022 I have often been asked about substituting food for other products available whether it's for weight loss, energy, building muscle or general wellbeing. My only answer is I would never substitute food for anything, and I would never encourage anyone else too either Healthy nutritious food is the best ingredient to keep your body , mind and soul healthy and happy ... I plan on expanding my services to not only guide you with your fitness goals but to help you with your lifestyle goals.. I'm super excited to be studying in 2018 to help as many people as I can achieve great health but for now please...... Keep it fresh and keep it real Liv x

Everyday is a new day whether you want to make small changes or big ones only you have the power Be selfish .. love yourself .. do what you love to do!! 10.01.2022 Heres some ideas for an oval workout : Equipment =4 x markers (use waterbottles / whatever ) 10 mtrs apart in a line Warm up - run around oval ... Drill 1 1st marker start 2nd marker = 15x squats ex 1 3rd marker = 15x push ups ex 2 4th marker =15 x crunches ex 3 Run to 2nd marker and complete ex 1 . Then run back to start. Run to 2nd marker complete ex 1 again then run to 3rd marker and complete ex 2 the back to start add ex 3 on to this round . Repeat 2/3 times Drill 2 Lunge walk to 2nd marker Frog jump to 3rd marker Back to start then partner towel around waist run to 4th marker 6 x sprints to end marker Stretch Liv x

06.01.2022 I love a challenge Soooo I have decided to do 100 burpees every day for 1 month !!! Whos with me ???? I dare everyone to do this with me , you dont have to do 100 , you can do 50 or even 25. I will be doing mine in sets of 10 to begin with. Having a 1 min break in between. ... Wanting to kick start your weekend feeling motivated chuck some music on clear a space in the lounge room 5min warm up - Dance like no ones watching 2x mins Leg swings , arm swings = great for getting those joints moving. ... no rest between sets just rounds . 12 or 15x Squats 12 or 15x push ups 12 or 15x lunges 12 or 15x burpees 1 min rest Repeat 2/3/4 times -depending on your fitness Now put some calm music on = stretch and meditate Liv x
