07.01.2022 Wanna take a moment to shout out my collaborators on this track. Michael Paynter and Michael Delorenzis from MSquared When we wrote this song I told them I only write sad piano ballads and I needed their help to get out of my comfort zone. They were only too happy to oblige! They got the beats going and really helped me dive into something a little more uptempo. I hope you enjoy!!

We often speak about young people as the leaders of tomorrow but I say they are the leaders of today and we need to start listening! Would encourage you to join in and hear from our young people on how we can overcome the global climate crisis. They are passionate, inspiring and ready to pitch their ideas!

Canberra’s flourishing electro-pop artist, LIV LI also known as Amber Nichols has released her latest single Silence. Her breakthrough single Told You reached over half a million streams and Silence is her final single before she endeavors into her upcoming EP, Who We Are, later this August. The track illustrates a dreamy and enchanting atmosphere that captivates us immediately with her breathtaking vocals. Combined with earthy and hypnotic beats, the single transforms into an edgy electro-alt-pop sensation. As it gets more difficult to unplug in today’s society, LIV LI’s explains the inspiration behind the song is to encapsulate the notion of being present and letting go of distractions.
05.01.2022 Last night we bid farewell to our beloved Live In Ya Lounge Rob Cartwright and the team at Event AV Services have been an absolute beacon of hope this Covid season and lifeline for the Canberra live music scene. Hosted by Lexi and Ryan, curated by Joel from Hands Like Houses the platform showcased 65 acts and over 200 musicians in the last 5 months and reminded everyone of the amazing talent with have here in the Nash Cap! Banksy has put together a very touching tribute to re...mind us of all the good times and I’m so honoured they chose to use my song Freaks and Dreamers to help tell the story. If @liveinyalounge has meant something to you and you’d like to see it continue please sign the petition and write to your local member A world without the arts is a very dark one indeed and we have to start showing up for initiatives like this and show our artists, venues and event services that we do value their contribution.
