21.01.2022 IMPROVE YOUR FACADE | Last chance for businesses in the Moyne Shire to apply for facade improvement funding. The program aims to assist with the improvement of ...streetscapes, whilst also supporting local businesses, tradespeople and suppliers. Council will provide up to $5,000 for each grant on a $1:1 basis, for businesses to do work on shop fronts or to their business premises. Eligible works may include: Installation of new business signage Facade painting New, repairs and replacements of verandahs Cleaning the existing facade and removal of cladding from presently concealed historic character features Removal of redundant signage, air conditioning units and hoardings Reinstatement of lost elements, or fabric to the building facade Minor repairs to structural facade elements and awnings Installation of interior store lighting visible from the street Limited permanent interior improvements and displays of the storefront Applications close 20 November 2020 For terms and conditions, please visit: www.moyne.vic.gov.au/facade
