25.01.2022 December just doesn’t feel the same without the annual LNDA concert... but as much as I’m sad and missing my beautiful students at this time, I’m also grateful for all of the amazing times that we did have together Gosh what a wild ride it was! So much fun so much happiness I’ll always look back on these memories with so much love and appreciation wishing all of my Carnarvon family a very merry Christmas

21.01.2022 I totally agree with this What your body can achieve comes down to what your mind believes. I was so inspired by a recent conversation with one of my ‘challengers’; I asked her how she feels the challenge has benefited her health and she replied that before she started,she never believed she could do any jumping moves, so she never tried, but that since doing the high intensity classes for the challenge (shred and dance fit) she’s been amazed to find that actually she ca...n jump! And she’s super stoked and now loves these classes! Success comes down to how much you believe in yourself and how much you’re willing to TRY! You gotta believe in yourself and go for it!!

17.01.2022 It’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey If we can avoid the mindset of ‘I’m doing this to lose weight’ and instead think ‘I’m doing this because it feels good and it’s good for me ’ then we will enjoy the process of becoming fit and healthy so much more it’s ok to be dedicated to your health and fitness! 07.01.2022 The biggest of congratulations to these amazing women on completing the Liz Newton Pilates and PT 6 Week Ultimate Fitness Challenge!! I’m so proud of all of the Challengers and absolutely blown away by their results!! It’s been an incredible experience! A special shout out to the winners - Debbie Willis taking out first place in the Challenge with a weight loss of almost 14kilos (and a total of 31 kilos since May!!) and Catherina and Sarah taking out second and third place.... What an incredible experience it’s been to see these women transform themselves over the last six weeks! Well done to all of my challengers! You have all made me so proud!! I couldn’t imagine a better job in the world than helping people become the best version of themselves! Truly the most rewarding feeling in the world! Well done everyone! A special thanks to my beautiful friend Candace Prerad for helping me throughout the challenge - at all the weigh ins and cooking workshops, with setting up for the big party last night and always letting me bounce ideas off and providing support and encouragement. I couldn’t do it without you Candace, thank you!

05.01.2022 Hi everyone, The LNDA November Fitness Challenge finishes this Sunday and as a last hoorah we are doing a triathlon! I’m going to take the day off on Monday November 30th to allow myself (and all of the challengers) some rest and then as of Tuesday I’m winding back the class schedule slightly to allow for some time to get ready to leave in mid-December :( Please find below the class schedule as of Tuesday December 1st ... 03.01.2022 Gotta love a good fitness meme featuring cute puppies Another big afternoon today at LNDA 12pm - Weights - this is not a body building style weights class I call this class ‘lady weights’ because it’s designed to increase lean muscle mass and improve definition and tone without creating ‘bulky’ looking muscles ... 4pm - Step - ok so this class is a little mental. Very high intensity and loads of fun! 5:45pm - Dance Fit - which is a weird name for it really because it’s actually mostly just HIIT and body-weight cardio moves done in rhythm to dance music 6:30pm - Pilates - where we turn the lights off, listen to peaceful music (Taryn Duncan says it sounds like 1970’s porno music ) and enjoy a challenging yet very rejuvenating workout focusing on core activation and breathing. 01.01.2022 A lot of people say to me ‘I don’t have time to exercise’ .... but it’s not about ‘having’ time for exercise, it’s about ‘making’ time for exercise. If it’s important - you’ll find a way. And exercise is more than important! It’s absolutely essential for a healthy body and mind so I encourage everyone who is ‘too busy’ to exercise, to consider where there may be opportunities for you to rearrange your schedule to allow for 30 minutes to an hour hour of exercise ea...ch day. Maybe you could prep the school lunches the night before so that you have more free time in the mornings? Maybe you could ask to start and finish work slightly later once or twice a week to be able to come to a morning class? Maybe some week night meals could be pre-prepared on the weekends so that it’s easier to get out in the evenings to a class or to the gym? Where there’s a will there’s a way It can feel really challenging to find the time, but it can be done. And it is so worth it. Pilates is on tonight at 6pm, then tomorrow morning we have Pilates at 5:30am and Step at 6:45am. New people are always welcome
