25.01.2022 I think there is a rise in the number of guest zillas at a wedding. Having done weddings for nearly a decade I can assure you I have met more guest zillas then... I have bridezillas. I feel for Brides and Grooms. it is often the first event they have ever had to organize and guests make it hard for them. So we put together out list of commandments for Guests. If you are invited to a wedding please follow them. If you are a bride or groom maybe post them on your wall. It may save some heartache. You can also find them on our web. http://www.tailracecentre.com.au//10-wedding-guest-comman/

08.01.2022 Welcome to #AskaTassieLocal Wednesday! The middle of the week is the perfect time to ask one of Tassie's friendly locals for their tips and stories as we explor...e every corner of our island state. Introducing Katrina Farley, supervisor of the Wonders of Wynyard Exhibition Centre in Wynyard, in Tasmania's North West. "There are so many special places to visit in the North West. My favourite spot is Fossil Bluff when the tide is out because of the amazing variety of fossils exposed in the rocks. The indigenous history of the Bluff is also fascinating and a wonderful experience for the whole family. I also love looking out over Table Cape on the drive between Wynyard and Boat Harbour. The scenery is constantly changing throughout the day and I love watching the colours shift over the landscape at sunrise and sunset. And, of course, during the tulip season, it is just magical to see the fields of colourful flowers! Another one of my top spots is Hellyer Gorge. There are two beautiful short walks in amongst the rainforest that have easy access from just off of the highway. I always tell people that the best time to visit is when it's raining - the atmosphere is really something!" Have a tip or image from Wynyard or Tassie's Northwest that you'd like to share? Post it in the comments below! Image: Table Cape Tulip Farm
