20.01.2022 Good morning... with the Carinavirus here in Australia I wanted to reassure everyone that I disinfect my massage table between every client, use clean linen, wash hands between clients and only come to work when im well... to reduce the spread of any contagious illness please do not book a massage if presenting with flu like symptoms as you will be refused the appointment and to remind everyone that you will be entering a day hospital at the Flecker House which is an Oncology Clinic so peoples immune system's are compromised and I want you to feel confident that you will be receiving a massage in a clean sanitised environment... there's a few bookings left for this week... bookings are essential... 13.01.2022 Its an honour to be invited to provide a massage service to The Quest for Life Foundation this week It's for carers, they are tired, exhausted and been going through difficult times/ years caring for their loved ones with mental illness I've enjoyed spoiling them with a massage treatment, many haven't even experienced the benefits of a massage, often carers will put others before themselves... to truely care for others we need to be able to fill up our tanks first It's so ...rewarding to see the carers so grateful to receive a massage, learn and experience the benefits of meditation, yoga and being served as all meals are provided which are organic and very yummy! Lovely to witness a sparkle in their eyes as we are taught how we can truely care for ourselves and achieve Peace amongst the chaos If you are intersted in any of these programs they are tailored to different groups such as PSTD, cancer diagnosis, dementia and front line fighters, farmers in crisis... such a brilliant concept and it's an honour to work in a team of counselors, psychologist, yoga instructor and tomorrow Petrea King herself will be speaking to us... if you are interested in more info jump on the Quest For Life Foundation website , they have great resources such as books, cds etc Have a wonderful evening and i intend to stay warm, 7 degrees and it was snowing 20 mins away Take Care I only have a couple of massage appointments available Tuesday next week so book ahead if you want to secure a massage! 03.01.2022 After my Chemo and stem cell transplant it was difficult for me to walk. My already sore knees were further compromised by the tightness of my calf muscles. I am pleased to say that after my first Oncology Massage with Liz I was walking more freely. I have seen Liz 3 times so far and am walking much better. Thank you Liz.
