07.01.2022 I have been absolutely loving all my home workouts lately! There’s no worrying about having someone watch Bella and having to schedule my trip to the gym with other family members. Now as soon as bub goes down for a nap... it’s ooooon!! . I used to use a lot of online YouTube videos but now I enjoy setting up my workout the night before by picking a few moves and playing around with the reps - more #CrossFit style which I have been looooving!! . 3 deadlifts 3 squats w...ith bicep curls 3 ES walking lunges (video just shows static lunges to fit in screen ) Then 6 of each exercise, then 9 of each exercise, then 12 etc etc etc until you hit 21!!! 04.01.2022 Bella’s big day out - we usually don’t do big trips (the weekly 30 min drive to grandma and grandpa is already hit or miss ) but Bella bear woke up in a great mood We braved the rain and she loved hanging out with the cool kids in Penrith (special mention to baby whisperer @jasmine24.fit & @racquel_may ) Congrats to the team of Assemble Nutrition for their grand opening in Penrith If you’re ever in the area do pop in and grab yourself a yummy combo!
