20.01.2022 Another happy day in the cafe with lots of special things going out all of which made someone’s day better. The last item that left today was a birthday cake for a very special customer celebrating his 80th birthday today....a sponge cake layered with mango mousse raspberries and topped with fresh cream fresh fruit and white chocolate. Happy birthday Brian !!

07.01.2022 So today this afternoon tea treat went to a customer to be gifted to his partner for her birthday. It comprised fruit and plain scones with jam and cream, rocky road cupcakes, lemon curd and meringue cupcakes and coffee/caramel kisses. It was beautifully boxed with a pink satin ribbon.
