20.01.2022 The best energy to wake up to... Taking in the sun's beautiful rays Breathing into the fresh air Sinking into earth Feeling the wind brush against the skin ... The beauty of presence See more

17.01.2022 The 4th thinking pattern is external / internal referencing. It looks at whether you give your attention to the external world such as other people, the news, newspapers or whether you give your attention to the internal world and trust in self. A reminder there is no good or bad or wrong or right in any of these thinking patterns. Title: The Reference Point Out of the womb dependent on our parents we are... Dependency with 2 possible ways to flow in maturity Depend & refer to the external world for validation and guidance Independent & refer to the internal world for trust in self Please, can you do my thinking, I don’t know how Please, can you help me decide, buy this or that shirt? Please, can you tell me if it’s right or wrong? Are you sure? Really sure? Please, can you go with me, I can’t go on my own Bob says it’s ok to leave the rubbish on the bench, so I did The news says stop eating carbs, so I have My workmate said I performed really badly, so it’s true The magazine says that’s a horrible place to live, so I won’t move there Where when the internal world comes to play One will own own understanding, values and beliefs I feel it in every fibre of my being, I’ve got that job I believe in it and I will deliver the project on time I know it’s an easy decision, no doubt about it I am determined and I will action now I don’t need opinions of others I don’t need people to tell me what to do I don’t need to seek motivation, I got it I don’t need to be told what’s appropriate or not Too much of the internal world however May convey lack of care for others One cannot be without the other There may be times for the external world to play a role If you would like to know more about this thinking pattern or any other thinking pattern please do reach out, I look forward to hearing from you

15.01.2022 In our current climate we have been asked to keep our social distancing from each other but its not really the social aspect we need to keep at bay but rather the physical aspect. Human interaction is important so it’s important to maintain our social networking and thanks to the wonderful world of technology today we can utilise our social networking through zoom, skype, Microsoft teams, facebook.... so use these tools as an opportunity during this time. We are all in this together if you need listening and support please do reach out, I am currently offering free 30 minute coaching sessions. I am here for you in this current time of uncertainty.

13.01.2022 Hey folks The 6th thinking pattern is the static/change thinking pattern. This thinking pattern focuses on how we see reality - whether we see things as permanent, nothing is ever going to change, it's fixed like that, it is what its or we see that there will be change, there is possibilities, there is opportunities, just letting it flow. This thinking pattern sits well with the current climate where some may be thinking COVID is never going to change - it's going to stay lik...e this forever or just taking it day by day and letting it flow and see that there is possibilities out there and that there will be change. A reminder in all thinking patterns there is no right or wrong, good or bad. The title of this poem is: To stay frozen or to change My universe is nothing but a frozen one I'm stuck - there is no way out! I'm rigid - that is how I am! I'm not capable - can't you see?! I'm judged and judgemental - everybody hates me! Permanently unchangeable it is! It is ALWAYS going to be like this! Reality can also induce us to a different focus. My universe is like this now I can allow it to flow I appreciate all that may arise I look forward to the possibilities The future will bring many challenges I will take action when it comes I am offering free 30 minute coaching sessions during our current climate, please do reach out - I am here for you.

10.01.2022 Hey folks The current climate has most of in a state of panic, fear and worst case scenario thinking. What if we paused for a moment and take a step back and take this as an opportunity? Here is a poem I wrote titled is the outbreak an opportunity? Is the outbreak an opportunity?... An opportunity to take a step back? Step back, unwind and relax? Relax into a human being vs a human doing Human doings we’ve been for far too long! Rushing to get chores done Stressing to meet deadlines Filling time so not to be bored Perfecting tasks that are not necessary Is it time to simply be? Nurture our souls and unwind Feel into our body’s sensations Rejuvenate ourselves into tender loving care Be ok to know nothing As we revitalise do does nature Natural beauty shining so much brighter Animals roaming peacefully Perhaps we both need the space to heal For an opportunity to regrow Regrow together for new beginnings. Please reach out if you would like to know more. I look forward to hearing from you.

05.01.2022 The fifth thinking pattern is the over responsibility and under responsibility thinking pattern. This thinking pattern looks at when you care too much about others but do not have enough care for self or when you care too much for self you don't care for others. A reminder there is no wrong or right or good or bad in any thinking pattern. The title of this poem is: RESPONSIBILITY I want to have the responsibility to look after everyone ... Don’t worry about me I’ll take care of all that for you I’ll make all the decisions for you I’ll make it all better for you Are you ok? Definitely ok? Are you sure? I want to make sure the world is free of problems I want to make sure everyone receives love I want to make sure no one is hurt What sort of world would we be living in otherwise? Too much responsibility for others and not self May come out as intrusive, may lose trust I need everyone to see they need to care & support me I don’t know how They didn’t put the frame up like I wanted so I’m upset They didn’t help me with the cooking so I’m annoyed They didn’t check in to see how I’m doing so I’m pissed They are never there to support or help me Why is it always so hard? Why is it always so difficult? Why is it always so painful? Why is there never anyone to help me? Too little responsibility for self May limit your authenticity May set you back to your true potential Having a healthy balance is to know when to give and when to receive If you would like to know more about this thinking pattern or any other thinking pattern shared, please do reach out.
