25.01.2022 As a another busy week begins I would like to share with you some info about us that we haven't had a chance to as we have been too busy selling property . At our most recent awards night for NSW/ACT, we were nominated for Top Residential Office - Medium, I was nominated for Top Salesman- Business Owner and came in 9th for no. of properties sold across the franchise! I say a great big thank you to my team, without them and their dedication none of this is possible. Thank yo...u also to all of our clients who have put their trust in us, allowing us to look after one of their biggest assets! I also met with our Rep from Domain a week ago, he provided me some info that was astounding. May, June and July recorded more enquiry than any other 3 month period over the last ten years into our office! So whilst everybody is beating the drum about needing listings and that the market is good, here is our proof. Hoping everybody has a wonderful week, if you live here on the Mid North Coast its hard not to, have a look around when your out and about and realise we really do live in God's Country!

13.01.2022 Like all jobs, some days are better than others. BUT there is nothing better than being able to deliver the great news to a first home buyer that their offer has been accepted. I was lucky enough to be able to do this again this morning, the joy and excitement you can hear in their voice is very special. Its a great privilege to be at the beginning of their real estate journey and to be able to help them understand the process amidst all the joy and excitement. It made their day but most certainly made mine as well!

05.01.2022 Full moon looks like daylight! That’s the moon over the fog at Verges Creek and the pictures don’t do it justice. No mondayitis here, been up at it with another full week ahead, just replied to 32 emails! 2 more sales negotiated over the weekend and offers on 1 other, we really need more listings. ... Currently 15 awaiting exchange, don’t believe the doom and gloom on the tv, the Macleay Valley is punching above its weight as it always does. Would love to be talking with you this week, hope the werewolves don’t get you tonight Happy Monday to you all.
