01.01.2022 So... I was just walking through town to get my brother a Christmas present and passed this guy (Chris) under cover with his blanket and tomato juice. It was pretty easy to see he was doing it tough and homeless. Like most people, I kept walking, but when I got 20 metres down the path I thought - what sort of loser have I become to leave a struggling human with nothing without and checking if help is needed. After sitting down and chatting with him for 20 minutes, a little ...bag of helpful food and drink items from the supermarket for chris - and what we see as basics - chris was extremely grateful, and potentially one of the nicest blokes I have met. Generally I wouldn't post something like this and won't re the whole story of Chris's life but if you do see someone in need - just ask if they need anything. It will help them in more way than one.. Have a good Christmas and stay safe See more
