23.01.2022 Just sharing some of our latest! Friday Night Jen and I caught up for dinner. We were talking strategy and new target suburbs as we are hunting for our next Property Project. We had a beautiful Vietnamese Meal at a Restaurant called Verandah at Hamilton. Have you been there? We highly recommend it. They even had a beautiful Cabaret singer to entertain us! Saturday I hung out with my Property Peeps at PDN Meet Up and was inspired by a real deal presented by Magnus. He complet...ed a Development in Maleny for owners and visitors to enjoy a piece of his paradise. Similar to my dream goal so I was captivated! There’s so many options to make a living in this property game. Later that night I went dancing with other friends including 2 builders, investors and a real estate agent so there was still shop talk It’s so good being able to mix business and pleasure! Sunday Jen and I caught up with another Colleague to talk about opportunities for collaboration in Property, Investing and Project Management. This is my life - connecting with like minds to inspire and help one another and make some money to keep life ticking! Not everyone has the resilience to be in this business and others might not even realise the possibility or know how to activate something like this. Coaching definitely helped me and that’s why I help others! Life is not meant to be spent at a job you don’t likefor hours on end. 22.01.2022 Just read this on our local community FB group. Seems the owner had a win after contesting BCC’s denied request for demo. The local page was flooded with comments for and against demolition. Sadly the streetscape of the Sandgate/Brighton foreshore has changed dramatically.... Whilst this house does have history it is surrounded by new modern homes and now looks out of place. Perhaps if Council were strict on their Traditional Building Character (TBC) rule the modern homes should not have been approved. New builds should have had to been built with more traditional features externally to blend more. It would be lovely to drive along an esplanade lined with Traditional restored homes but it’s too late for that now. The waterfront land is very valuable and the rates expensive. The restoration required to many meager homes is exorbitant. Generally the kind of person who could afford would not want to live in a simple home. It would be a labour of love. Because there are few willing to take these on there are many dilapidated homes in our region that need TLC and go to rack and ruin and are dangerous, not endearing and there true value unrealised. 19.01.2022 Day 2 - Psychology of Property Workshop! This morning has proved to me that my success in property was no mistake! It’s having access to the right resources, the right mindset and the right people around you!... Thanks Rob Flux for bringing this workshop to us all. I missed Co-Creator Tony Meredith however it was great to see Kylie Walker in action. It was a fun, informative and inspiring weekend with great people and assured me of my path, that I am doing what’s needed and I am in process of becoming!! My favourite part was the Robisms. Eg. 16.01.2022 Wow! This presentation was a year ago! That was a massive day. So much has changed since that day. The lows, the highs and the resilience it takes to stay in the race and take your lessons. I am thankful to have my skills as a Transformation and Development Coach to see me through. As a Property Developer you need to hold a vision while staying grounded. That and bucket loads of resilience!... Will power can only get you so far. 11.01.2022 Hello FB Friends, Here's the recording of my interview with 'Property for Chicks' FB Group. It only skims the surface. What I do is not difficult however it takes a certain skill set and mindset. ... Just remember you don't need to have all the pieces eg. finance and experience, you can leverage other people's skills and money. Jennifer Glisson and myself have provided finance to other Developer Friend's deals and been able to receive a fixed rate of return far, far higher than you could get in a term deposit with bank etc. We also look for people to invest in our deals. To be a Money Partner like this you are guaranteed a fixed Interest rate and supported by a legal agreement. We have our funds in a 3-6 month deal at that moment and we'll roll that into our own deal when we pass DD. If you want to know more I am happy to have a chat. Dream big! Let's Develop!

It is terrifying what the Government wants to bring in so please watch and make your opinions know and share this with others who may be effected which is most people! Don't be quiet and overruled.... we need to protect everyone at risk and that includes landlords! Not all Landlord's are rich! I let my family home in order to save it after split with my ex. I live in a 2 bed flat now and rely on my tenants rent to cover my expenses.

05.01.2022 First Property Meeting of the year! Jen has been flying solo at this meeting last year since my boy started Prep. I was so pleased to take advantage of school holidays to rejoin this group. Thanks Simon and David for hosting and to the wonderful Jade Harley who presented! Her 20yrs of experience shone through! Her depth of knowledge and understanding about the human disposition was impressive.... I share her belief on trauma and how that impacts our personality and behaviour. She was able to give the group solid advice on ways to shift our beliefs and recognise our CHOICES! It was great to recap of what to look out for in business partners and consultants you might work with and how to maximise relationships for healthy work environments. It also works for love relationships! She definitely expanded my understanding even though I am a Matrix Therapist and NLP Master Practitioner. These are similar concepts to EDMR and a little different. When it comes to self help and clearing your past to live free, whatever works for you is good news! Great night reconnecting with Property friends. They are a special bunch who are seeking more from life and themselves and conscious of the impact of development on others within their community and where they develop. Property Development does not always mean demolishing forests. We seek to improve Brisbane and provide affordable and accessibility choice for the residents without urban sprawl. There are many more people moving to our awesome city this decade and housing is required! 04.01.2022 I am so blessed to share my passion for property with many fabulous men and women in my Property Network however this lady is truly a blessing! Here is my Property Business Partner Jen and I at our first Property Inspection since COVID. We did the right thing to protect the older resident and wore our PPE to inspect her property. I love this woman. She is such a great compliment to our Property Partnership! I am a very relationship based person and I don't find it easy to wra...p my ahead around figures and systems sometimes. Jen totally rocked my world today sorting out my company financials to present to Centrelink. My brain just really doesn't enjoy these matters but her's tucks in like a tummy at Sizzler! She wants to be a Property Developer not an accountant however she is a CPA, CFO and gifted with finance! Me - I like making money just not accounting for it lol! Work to your strengths. While Jen worked her magic in Xero, I rang around our Property Consultants about this new deal. Sometimes the quicker we recognise our strengths and ask for help on the things that slow us down the sooner we'll be celebrating! Hoping this new deal stacks and rocks as much as Jen does and we'll be celebrating bigger wins soon! (Seriously Jen is a closet rocker and can jam out to Pink and Smashing Pumpkins!) she also has a great sense of humour and is good for a laugh or support in trying times! Love and light all!
