22.01.2022 We were sent to site to investigate a 11 meter section of 100 mm stormwater pipe that wasnt functioning. After our CCTV inspection was complete it was noted that the pipe had concrete set in it from time of construction. With some key hole surgery through the 400 mm thick concrete. Holes were dug on both sides of the building and concrete dissolving chemicals were used. The concrete was blasted out of the pipe with our 5000psi Jet Rodding machine. 16.01.2022 Hello to our LJM customers. After a lot of inquiries from some of you and other customers today we thought it best just to put up a message letting you know we are still open 24/7. Our team is strong, healthy and ready to continue working through these tough times. We are following protocol from our outsourced H.R team daily for updates to regulations and changes that are occurring continually.... I have spoken again with our trade suppliers today. Regular products such as pipe and fittings look good to continue as usual at this stage and we have stock ready and available to us 24-7 as usual. In regards to health and hygiene we have spoken to our staff at length in regards to this topic. All service vehicles are fitted with P2 masks and gloves that can be requested to be worn when the appointment is made over the phone. Disinfectant and sanitisers are standard stock in our service vehicles. We know these are not the best form of protection but bring some comfort to some of our clients. Our staff are self monitoring and will be sent to the doctors immediately if any symptoms occur. We have been operating with forms of separation within the team. We would ask our customers to let us know before our tradesmen arrive if they are in self quarantine or are feeling sick so other arrangements can be made once we seek advice.
