11.01.2022 Day 25 Push Up Challenge - it’s done. 25 days of 25 pushups.... so happy it’s the last day of posting pushups... I will keep it up for a bit longer as it only takes 1 min to do and they are really making a difference to my upper body and mental staying power. Hi Everyone. I’m showing my support for all those suffering from PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. I’m conducting 25 push ups for 25 days to help raise awareness for things such as PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder), an...xiety and depression that drives people to comitting suicide. The rules are simple Once you are nominated your 25 days starts the that day. Everyday you record yourself doing 25 push ups even if you have to drop to your knees to get 25 Everyday you must nominate a different person Let's reach as many people as possible,let's hope by doing this we can build awareness for anyone who is suffering from mental illness,you are not alone we are here for you Don't be afraid to speak out!!!
