02.01.2022 Hey guys, some of you may know I was running bootcamps / outdoor fitness classes catered to all levels of strength and fitness during 2015. They had great success and after some time off due to working another job I want to get them going again! I'm thinking first week of November and running up until Christmas, having a short break then back into it for the rest of summer and into 2017. So i'm asking people to express interest and let me know which week day mornings would wo...rk best and at what time. 6am-7am, 6:30am-7:30am, 7am-8am. I will run 2 sessions per week and they will be held both inside my training facility and outside on a grassed area located in the industrial estate locally in Evans Head. Cost will be $15 per session. If you are interested or know anyone that might be interested tag them! More details coming soon, just wanting to spark some interest and see which times/days suit people the best. Cheers, LJPT.
