23.01.2022 New year is off to a great start! Knocked this freezer install out today. Great job by the crew working on this customer built room. Local fisherman now has a place to store all his frozen products ... We sourced these units from Beijer Ref Australia using Tecumseh reciprocating compressor and Carel EVD ICE electronic expansion valve evaporator for fast and accurate superheat control and improved energy efficiency Carel SmartCella control system and backed up by Frigbot monitoring to ensure our customer never loses his stock We also supplied and installed a SolarKing - Roof Ventilation Fan to remove excess heat in the shed from the condensed air. We have been doing this on all shed refrigeration installs with amazing success. These beauties rip the air out and increase the longevity and efficiency of the condensing unit! 15.01.2022 A little update on the Yalata Tullawon Health Centre upgrade. Mitsubishi Electric Australia 63kw VRF installation going well! Off to a great start! We have mounted the 20kw Temperzone split ducted also.... Utilising R2.0 duct board for this install has made the job so much quicker and easier. We think it looks a lot neater than sheet metal duct work as well Still have a lot of work to go but so far very happy with how this job is turning out. With this job we are using compressed foam cell pipe brackets to keep the pipes rigid and well insulated throughout the mounting process. 25mm insulation throughout! Couple more days here this week and we should have the first fix completed! We will give you a further update when we have completed the installation! Got a commercial project in mind? 14.01.2022 We have began working on buildings 2 & 3 for the Ceduna Area School’s redevelopment! The builders ran the uni strut for us to save us running hangers for the uni strut. Buildings 2&3 both have a 63kw Fujitsu General Air Conditioning VRF heat recovery unit with 5 cassette indoors and also a single split system on its own. All these units were (AS ALWAYS ) supplied LOCALLY by our friends at Ceduna Betta & Streaky Bay Betta. It’s so great to work with another small business ...to provide equipment for us and the surrounding towns. We are very excited to work with Duregon builders again on the last two buildings for the school. We were able to change the layout to VRF over single cassettes for these two buildings. We cannot wait to see how these turn out. All cassettes use spring hangers, 25mm insulation throughout and seismic bracing to suit. Once we have made some more progress we will add the photos to the album! It’s so amazing to see our little community grow over the years and being part of building better facilities for our town is something to be proud of! Running two major projects (school and yalata health centre) at the same time has proven to be a huge challenge for a small business but we’re getting through it (along with all the breakdowns and domestic installs) slowly! 12.01.2022 2020 has definitely become a year to remember. It’s been an absolute roller coaster, but we’ve made it to the end! I’d just like to take a moment to thank everyone who has supported us this year and kept small businesses alive during such a difficult year for everyone. We have learned a lot this year and will continue to strive for improvement and hopefully be able to bring you more services in the years to come!... 08.01.2022 This week we have begun first fixing a VRF project consisting of 6x cassettes, 1x ducted unit and a very large energy recovery unit for the new Tullawon Health Centre in the Yalata Community. Another great project for this small community! Stay tuned for more photos throughout the week
