25.01.2022 Working on a new set of desserts that’ll be available soon!! Featuring: High-tea/ light bites set. In this buffet of deliciousness. There’s Raspberry pistachio friands, blueberry friands, matcha madeleines, cardamom cinnamon apple financiers, chocolate orange financiers, lemon financiers. All financiers with fresh cream with a hint of rose to add a even lighter fresh floral tone. Finalising recipes and will be putting them up shortly

23.01.2022 Been a bit of a mad rush these last couple days with musical happening and having this large order for a charity event. Recent order was catering for teal for tea for ovarian cancer: pavlovas with fresh rose and orange blossom cream, fresh fruits and edible flowers; vanilla cupcakes with teal in support for ovarian cancer; finally super fudgy brownies. So glad how they all turned out and happy to support the community with the event. Check out my website to order anything up there for events or a treat for yourself. Second photo is a post cut version (forgot to take one before I cut it open oops ) Chocolate crispy, chocolate mousse, chocolate brownie, caramel passionfruit, passionfruit panna cotta, chocolate mousse and finally mirror glaze.
