15.01.2022 SALON POLICIES Hello Everyone! Please read this very carefully! ... I do my best to try and accommodate everyone's needs but due to an increase in last minute cancellations/No shows, I hope you can appreciate I have policies in place. With the silly season upon us I need to take action to protect my small business as last minute cancellation/no shows can be detrimental to small businesses & people’s livelihoods. (I do take into serious consideration such events that cannot be helped) $50 deposits will be required for all bookings in December/January Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I require at least 48 hours notice or your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. Failure to show up to your appointment or cancel without 24 hours notice, a 50% cancellation fee (50% of the booked service) will be charged, this fee is to be paid prior to booking a new appointment, failure will result in your deposit being forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment. If I should need to cancel your appointment with less than 24hrs notice, you will be issued a 50% credit. Appointments are booked in a time sensitive manor, therefore, if you are running more than 15-20 minutes late for your appointment without any notice (ie: a phone call or txt to let me know) your appointment will be re-scheduled to another day/time and you will be charged a cancellation fee which will be half of the total cost of the service booked, this fee will have to be paid prior to a new appointment being booked. A text message/inbox message will be sent the day before your appointment to confirm. If you do not respond by 7pm the day before your appointment it will be cancelled. ****DURING THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE FULL PAYMENT ON YOUR APPOINTMENT.* NO TRANSFERS AVAILABLE December 1st - 31st. Deposits can be made via cash or osko instant bank transfer only & details will be supplied to you on request. This cancellation and salon policy allow me the time to inform my standby clients of any availability. Limited days & appointments - as to keep in check with regulations & also with social distancing rules. ... If youd like to book an appointment please dont hesitate to call or message me. I do suggest booking ASAP as my appointments are filling quite quickly due to limited availability. Under absolutely no circumstances can you bring someone to your appointment (kids, partners, family members or friends) as i am working with strict numbers & distancing protocols. This does not apply if you both have a booking together. However the limit is still in place for family members within the premises. Hand sanitizer, disposal wipes & hand soaps are available in salon and I do urge you to use these.
