21.01.2022 Our padstow project before and after photos. They really point out how dangerous an unmaintained deck/balcony can become. Having 90% of the decking boards and sub framed rotted away, making the decks unusable and unattractive to potential tenents/ buyers our client decided to contact us about having the issue resolved. As shown in the photos the balcony was a tricky one to fix having the old balcony situated directly ontop of the rear roof, causing leaks and water damage to... the internal flooring and windows. Fast forward 5 days and now we have a cantilevered balcony completely independent of the roof, allowing us to reflash, seal and waterproof the issues created by the previous balcony. As well as building a cantilevered deck to try to provide the client with a "floating look" with the ground deck. As well as removing and replacing all damaged internal floors
