05.01.2022 CAPITOL GRAND CONSTRUCTION UPDATE LK Property Group is pleased to announce that construction of Capitol Grand is on track and proceeding as planned. Our construction partner Multiplex has now fully completed basement retention works, and is progressing well on basement construction. Levels B5 and B4 are now complete and works on levels B3 and B2 are underway. Additionally, the cores of both LK Tower and Capitol Grand have been poured up to the underside of level B2. With act...ivity increasing, there are now three cranes and over 100 men onsite. We are also pleased to announce that all major sub-contractors for the project have now been appointed. As works progress, Multiplex continues to work with the local community and authorities to keep key stakeholders informed of new developments on site.
