23.01.2022 We had a lovely meetup yesterday where we chatted about realistic expectations for babies and kids sleep, coping when babies dont want to be put down or need to be bounced every time they latch, feeling overwhelmed and touched out, whether alcohol is compatible with breastfeeding (it is!!) and how tough it is sometimes to find a balance between ours and our little ones needs. 18.01.2022 It was so lovely to meet the gorgeous 2 week old baby F today! We had lots of lively discussion covering how to latch on pain-free even with damaged nipples, dealing with well-meaning but often undermining comments from friends and family, our births, sleep, and all things newborns and beyond!
