24.01.2022 Finl coats of waterborne 2 pack polyurethane lacquer being applied to the Jarrah tops. This finish is very hard and smooth. UV blockers in the lacquer protects the wood from going yellow over time.

But, by the time I checked her hairline at the back, I knew that it was much more complicated than I bargained for. Thank God that I have the experience to play with her cowlick at the neckline to create a slightly voluminous, texturized finishing. P.S. a reader asked me why did I cut my last week’s client into a shorter style? I guess every now & then, we do need a change.

15.01.2022 ‘I had been going to the same hairdresser for close to 6 years and it was time for her to take long service leave. Needless to say I had to find a new hairdresser, which is always very daunting. I went to someome I was recommended to, who unfortunately did a terrible job and cut a hole into the back of my short hair. I was then looking on FB for recommendations and found Lloyd and I haven't looked back. Lloyd met with me for a consultation, had me back later that day for a ...cut to correct the "hole" and did such a fabulous job with what he had to work with. We now have a plan in place for my hair. He's recently done the most beautiful colour and cut and my hair has never been so easy to style. My previous hairdresser was absolutely fabulous but Lloyd is a whole other level of fabulous. 07.01.2022 Karen J. I love my new look. I went to see Lloyd having the intention of going lighter than my normal dark brown shade which I have been spotted for years. Lloyd gave me an in-depth consultation to discuss my basic concerns, fears & the color which is less visible in terms of silver re-growth. His wife, Joanne, who has natural silver color, convinced me to jump into natural shade by stripping off the dark color n use the semi-permanent color instead. Wow! 03.01.2022 Esmae Lindquist Finding the right length of hair to compliment our face shapes is always a challenge. Today I had Esmae, who traveled an hour to my studio for a restyle. We discussed the ‘Likes’ & ‘Dislikes’ before her angular hair cut. The hair was later scrunched dry with fingers for extra volume. The last two photos was her selfies taken a while back. At the age of 66 - I had never heard any of this before - truly enlightening!
