Everyday we generate electronic concepts that are expressed in a larger than life format as our team transforms them into quality head turning signage proudly displayed all around town (and Australia for that matter). We are offering a role to someone who is ready to harness - a full time position... - a creative role designing signage from a customer supplied brief - excellent communication skills - an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - computer skills including a competent use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Outlook - good marketing abilities - your strengths to support other team members The successful candidate must be committed to developing authentic relationships, with an eagerness to understand our clients and their needs. Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a must. Our designers are expected to extend their role to customer service both on the phone and front of house. The occasional inclination to joke and perhaps indulge in cheese platters is also desirable. We operate in a modern open workspace with an upbeat and motivated and supportive group of Tamworthians. You can look forward to a great balance of creative vs uniform design work. You will have access to communicate directly with our clients to recommend, articulate and modify each project through to production. Beyond the nuts and bolts of the daily grind we would love to have someone on board keen to help develop the reach, engagement and quality of our social media strategies.
