11.01.2022 With the current status of COVID-19 and the impact that it may continue to have, we have implemented asking every patient that will be attending our practice some screening questions to ensure the health and safety of all our patients and of course our amazing team! We have also commenced non-contact temperature testing of all patients attending the practice and have increased our appointment times by 10 minutes to limit the contact between patients. This will ensure that our... usual high standard of infection control is maintained during this time. We also have implemented complimentary sanitiser in our waiting room and on our front desk, and have only a few select reading materials avaliable, which are being sanitised throughout the day and although Dr Ritchie would normally greet each patient with a hand shake, during this time, he will cease to do so. If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 we ask that you reschedule your appointment for at least 14 days, we are happy to reschedule your appointment, even at late notice. As a reminder if you experience any of the following symptoms, please seek medical advice: fever, cough, shortness of breath and you have returned from overseas in the last 14 days or been in contact with someone who has returned from overseas and/or is exhibiting symptoms. If you present to the practice, and we feel that you are not well enough for treatment at this time, we may ask you to reschedule.
