23.01.2022 We'll be back at The Bundanoon Maker's Market this coming Sunday. On the menu this week ... HOT FOOD * Cassoulet, with succulent pork belly, spicy chorizo, sausage and white beans in a rich sauce * Chicken 'Adobo', tenderly poached in a tangy/coconut sauce flavoured with peppercorns and bay leaf.... From THE CHILLER (to take home for dinner!) we've got three different pies on offer this week: * Sausage and Guinness pie, featuring 'Hoppy's best' bangers * Chicken, leek and vegetable pie * Lentil and vegetable 'Pottager Pie (a vegetarian spin on the traditional cottage pie). And of course there's something a bit naughty for 'afters' with a chocolate 'pot' and trifle to choose from (or you could be really wicked and try both!). We're really looking forward to seeing you there!

07.01.2022 We love trifle! Mr Luscious has been known to make a most extraordinary version for very special occasions with every element created from scratch (it take days!). There are so many scrumptious versions here - which is your favourite?
05.01.2022 It's been a pretty dreadful few weeks in the Luscious household with Mr Luscious felled by a bout of pneumonia followed by the passing of one of our much-loved dogs. But we're pushing through and gearing up for this weekend's Bundanoon markets. On the menu will be a couple of new ready-to-eat dishes as well as new pies and some truly lip-smacking desserts.
