15.01.2022 Happy Easter I love this picture of the bunny having fun and it reminds me that the Easter long weekend provides you with the perfect opportunity to let your inner child run free. My inner what, I hear you say? Your inner child! It's the part of your personality that still reacts and experiences life through the eyes of a child. It's the part of you that likes to laugh, skip, have fun and be a little adventurous or maybe mischievous from time to time!... Here are some suggestions to help connect with your inner child: Play a board game or complete a jigsaw puzzle with your family or friends while enjoying their company and laughter. Jump on a trampoline, climb a tree, swing on a swing, go down the slippery slide at the local park and let go of the complexities of being an adult.
