17.01.2022 Step away from the drama, people... A key part to loving yourself is to know when to side step drama and I think Brené Brown sums it up perfectly when she says to assume everyone is doing their best. It allows us to release judgment and concentrate on more important things.

My inner what, I hear you say? Your inner child! It's the part of your personality that still reacts and experiences life through the eyes of a child. It's the part of you that likes to laugh, skip, have fun and be a little adventurous or maybe mischievous from time to time!... Here are some suggestions to help connect with your inner child: Play a board game or complete a jigsaw puzzle with your family or friends while enjoying their company and laughter. Jump on a trampoline, climb a tree, swing on a swing, go down the slippery slide at the local park and let go of the complexities of being an adult.
