13.01.2022 Sometimes we get asked why doing all these ladder runs without the ball is relevant to football. Although you may not do these exact movements in a game, each of them build on your ability to move your feet fast and work on coordination. Being able to move fast through the field is essential to attacking & defending players and standing out as a player. Never too young to get started on the ladder!! Superstar Nate in the video

09.01.2022 ANNOUNCEMENT Monday is the last day for the school holiday specials as it is a pupil free day! Last chance for $20 sessions - all sessions after Monday will go back to $30 for the hour. ... ALSO, I’m currently making a timetable that suits after school hours and times are filling up quickly , if you have any inquiries please message ASAP so I can fit your child in!! 09.01.2022 BIG ANNOUNCEMENT - Must read First and foremost, I would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming support we have received at L.M Football coaching. Despite being quiet on social media, it has been the opposite out in the park with myself and coach Riley booked out. L.M Football Coaching TIMETABLE RESTRUCTURE!... How it will work - Our timetable will now align with the school term. The child / parent will commit to a timeslot/s each week for the duration of the term. Once the term is over, you will have the option to rebook for the following term. This timetable will start at the beginning of term 4. For all players that currently have regular sessions, please message me if you would like to continue with your time for term 4. For all new enquiries , please message me for availabilities. I'm happy to continue the weekly payments or if you prefer for your convenience , you may pay for term in advance (If rained out, you will be entitled to a make up session) The benefit of this change - This structure will allow me to organise programs for each player and track their development efficiently such as goals , things to improve on and achievements.
