25.01.2022 A quick update to all Members and Parents, As you may have heard the government has announced a ban for gatherings greater than 100 people indoors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Currently this does not include LMA and therefore classes will still run as per normal until further notice. However we still cannot stress enough the health and safety of both our instructors and Members, and ask that you please practise proper hygiene as you come in and out of class. ... Both Sifu Bruce and Sifu Sarah still want to provide you all a place to continue your routine of daily martial arts, therefore we are disinfecting all areas and equipment straight after each class and kindly ask, if you are feeling unwell, (cold & or flu symptoms) to please stay home. We also would like to take this opportunity and ask you to please remain clam whilst out and not to forget about both our ageing society and those who are less fortunate, who are struggling to find the basics. Lets all unity as a community and help each other out during a time of need. If you have an concern about the above please let us know. We thank you again for your continued support. 24.01.2022 LMA would like to confirm that we will be opening on the 9th November for Adult Kung Fu, Boxing & Sanda Classes. Our Kinder and Junior Kids Kung Fu Classes will operate as of the 16th November. We have worked hard this year and made some positive changes during a challenging 2020 and we cannot wait to see all of you return to training in our new premises.... LMA will be complying with the Victorian Government COVID safe plan and therefore ask all members to kindly adhere with these whilst inside our facilities. We will be posting up a statement tomorrow and quick video outlining a few guidelines for you all.

14.01.2022 On behalf of all at Lifestyle Martial Arts, We would like to inform all members & parents that it has been a common practice for us to ensure all training areas, equipment, toilets, sitting areas etc, are being cleaned down & disinfected on a daily basis and now all equipment is disinfected after each class. The health and safety of both our instructors and members are always first priority and we ask that if at any stage you feel unwell to please stay home. ... LMA is still operating classes as per usual and we ask all members to please practice proper hygiene by washing and or sanitizing your hands regularly. Here are some tips to follow: - Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water - When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue throw the tissue away immediately and wash hands - Avoid close contact with anyone who has a fever and cough; - Seek early medical help if you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing.
