Every month we will introduce you to the key staff members of our organisation starting with our creative director and founder Natalia! Hi im Natalia and I am the founder and creative director of LM Bambini (L for my son Lucas and M for my son Markos). We launched the company in November 2016 after I struggled to find quality clothing for my children here at home. I am a strong believer in quality ...over quantity. After many months of planning my dream became a reality. Ive had lots of support and guidance from my parents and my colleagues and over the next few months you will be introduced to everyone of them. We are the only multi brand online store here in Australia carrying high end luxury clothing for kids from designers such as Gucci, Fendi, Stella McCartney and much more. I personally travel to Europe twice a year to hand select these item for your Bambinis. Our two biggest achievements to date are 1. Selling current season stock that is also being sold at the same time in Europe! (No more waiting) 2. Having an amazing customer focused business that allows us to have a more personal relationship with each and everyone of our customer. There may be occasions I answer calls, reply to emails and even chat with you online via our online chat. Its one of the most important aspects of our business. Even the smallest act of kindness does not go unnoticed. If you have a neighbour who is in need or an elderly person that requires groceries more than you do the right thing and give a helping hand. We should lead by example and pay it forward. We should also thank all those emergency workers and medial staff who are working on the front line trying to help keep us safe while putting the needs of other before their own.
