25.01.2022 I'm now back in the process of riding my horses again. Hoping to start showing at the start of next year allowing me time to bound with my new handsome boy, Sandhill Flash.

25.01.2022 Sorry i havent posted in a while. Rocket looking good, been clipped, had her bridle path trimmed, feet done and back into work. I really cant wait to start showing her again.

19.01.2022 We made a little more progress today. It may of been a 20 minute ride but we have a long way to go. We treated AND cantered in the arena.. in circles and straights.. (this is a big thing for us). We even approached a cross jump at 30cm.. she was really excited to jump again.. baby steps rocket. We will get there xx

16.01.2022 Rocket and I attempted our first trail ride in ages and probably the first one after her accident a few months ago.. she was quite alert and edgy. So I ended up walking her for a bit while she caused a bit of attention by her neighing. I got back on her and we trotted in all sorts of weird directions that was not straight back home. She was under control. I wasn't going to let her beat me so we went for a lunge and a light ride in the round yard where she settled into a more stable behaviour.

15.01.2022 Went for a walk up and down the road. She was a little unsettled but we will work together on it

13.01.2022 Finally 2 out of 3 stables are completed and the hay shed fixed to prevent any more leaks! Just 1 more stable and yard to go!

10.01.2022 Rocket and Flash have enjoyed their last couple days off while I go around deweeding and removing unwanted sticks and tree branches from their yards, round yard and arena. The eastern fence line done as well. The paddock is looking a lot better! Minus all their manure of course.

10.01.2022 Forgot to post! Tried tracking rocket and I's first ride back after almost a year off nothing. It was only short as we were running out of daylight. Walk and trot only just to get a feel for each other and remembering how to work as a team!
