The harness/seatbelt can appear to be tight and sitting in the correct place however in a crash the bulk from the clothes will compress leaving a loose and possibly misplaced harness/seatbelt. If this happens the harness/seatbelt might not be able to do its job in keeping little ones as safe as possible in a crash. See more
