24.01.2022 March 1st 2020. 30 days to go!

23.01.2022 Hi Everyone, I delayed posting my final weeks pics at the conclusion of my 4 week challenge as I did not feel it was a priority at that time. My final pics, I believe, showed no major difference in body shape but, following a vegetarian diet and exercising as many days as possible definitely improved how I felt as well as helped me keep my stress levels down. I lost 5 kg on the scales but I believe that may have been due to decreasing then ceasing weight training as I only had time for short HIIT sessions or a morning walk/jog in the last week. Please DM if you are keen to include some home based exercise in your daily routine or just to let me know how you are going with your own home programs. Have a great day and please feel free to comment or give feedback.

04.01.2022 Last night I attended the Stellar Short Film Festival at the McClelland Gallery in Langwarrin. The evening was amazing, the films were engaging and I ate everything that passed by me on a platter and drank every drink I was offered. It felt good to have a night off from exercise and watching my dietary choices. However, this morning I woke up and decided I would knuckle down and challenge myself to a four week regime of daily training and strict food choices. I’ve started the day with cottage cheese on gluten free toast and a kids training session at the park. Tonight with some trepidation, I will post my Day 1 Body Pic. Please get behind me with meal suggestions and feedback on my daily exercise. I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
