18.01.2022 As a Rodan & Fields independent consultant my thoughts turn to the hot summer Queensland heat where we love our outdoor activities and of course a great sun tan to match. Having a great healthy product for that perfect tan without the harmful UV sun rays is a must.

16.01.2022 Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the communities affected by the horrendous bush fires, especially today with the dangers threatening so many areas of NSW... and Victoria. We pray for the brave firefighters , police and all volunteers risking their lives to protect the lives and properties of so many. Our thoughts are with all the people evacuated from their homes anxiously waiting without knowing what they are going to return to. The Australian spirit of helping our mates will stand firm in the hour of crisis. Stay safe to each and every one of you, our thoughts will be with you through this terrible day today and beyond. 16.01.2022 Media conference yesterday with Mayor Tom Tate reporting to the media plans for th the Spit north of Seaworld. This will become protected open space area for re...creation and conservation for ever, leaving south of the Spit given the go ahead for any commercial existing land including the ASF Integrated Resort, Mariners Cove development, the Sheraton improvements, as well as the Cruise Ship Terminal (pending the EIS report). Part of the conditions to create a single traffic solution south of Seaworld so the ratepayers are not stuck with the bill. 09.01.2022 Channel 7 news headline
09.01.2022 Great things happening for the progress of "Future Jobs for our Kids". I was invited to the media conference this morning at the Aquatic Centre for the official... announcement by ASF Consortium executive directors Louis Chein and David Fang of the three-billion-dollar integrated resort development on the Spit. Following the announcement yesterday from the Premier that the Queensland Government are in favour of the project and are now asking for community consultation before the final signing off. This is where "Future Jobs for our Kids" come in, there will be 10,000 jobs created with 8,000 permanent jobs following the construction and that is without the spin off effect of other job creation. When I return from holidays Ronda and I will be asking for as much assistance as possible to spread the word to our silent majority of Gold Coast mums, dads and grandparents who want this progress for our community, this is the largest infrastructure project ever undertaken on the Gold Coast. Attached a pic of the national channel 9 news tonight of yours truly as well as a couple of pics from this mornings media conference.

05.01.2022 Gold Coast Gold Coast pro-development group inundated with support less than 24-hours after launching Lea Emery, Gold Coast Bulletin... October 7, 2016 12:00am THE retiree behind a new pro-development lobby group has been overwhelmed by the amount of support he has garnered from the Gold Coast less than 24 hours after launching the group. Former businessman Lindsay Jackson said his phone had been ringing constantly after the Bulletin reported on the new group yesterday. I have just been here trying to answer the phone, he said. Mr Jackson said hundreds of emails had also flooded his inbox, leaving him struggling to even read the responses, let alone reply. They are just constantly coming in there, he said. Mr Jackson said most of the emails were positive and supportive of his group. In one email Mr Jackson read to the Gold Coast Bulletin, the sender said they could not believe it had taken so long for a group supporting development to be established. The future of the Spit has been a hot issue this year, with groups protesting against a proposed twin-tower Sunland development at Mariners Cove and the wait to hear the state governments decision on a proposed casino development by ASF. Protesters against the development have been quite vocal, attending council meetings and gathering support to oppose the development. Mr Jackson said those groups were in the minority and he wanted to stand up for what a majority of Gold Coaster thought. Council is in the process of developing a masterplan for the Spit to provide a blueprint for the areas future. Once drafted, the plan will need to go out for public consultation. Kollosche Prestige Agents owner Michael Kollosche said he felt The Spit was under used and supported development in the area. He said a masterplan was also key to developing the area to ensure projects complemented one another. The council really should be looking at embracing some of the developers who want to spend billions on developing the area for the future, he said.
