19.01.2022 **Replaced** ETA Update: Wish U Were Here Dolls kindly donated a replacement Daddy Doll and Little Dude is thrilled to have his Daddy back. A huge thankyou to L...auren for her kindness and generosity. If you’re a FIFO, defence or any other kind of high risk or long distance employment family, I HIGHLY recommend these dolls for little ones left behind when you go to work. Or in worst case, never come back. Our Daddy Dolls have been snuggled every night, to sleepovers, ballet classes, dance concerts, swimming lessons, camping and travel adventures and many trips out of the house where the kids just wanted their Daddy with them. ETA Update: We have had lots of offers to make or buy a replaceent from so many kind people. We thank you for your offers and we really do appreciate them. I will order a new one from Wish U Were Here Dolls in the new year if we can’t find him on our return trip to W.A. ETA: -Please note, we are not a defence force family as some have posted, my son isn’t simply missing his Daddy. We were a FIFO/miner family and Josh was killed at work a couple years ago. My Little Dude’s lost his beloved Daddy Doll!! We settled to sleep so late lastnight, that none of us realised he had gone missing until tidying the car this arvo! Daddy could be anywhere from Nullabor Roadhouse, to Ceduna. He most likely fell out of the door on one of our stops along the way. I know it’s a long shot, but I’m posting this in the hopes that somebody may have come across it and may be able to post it in time for Little Dude to snuggle his Daddy again by Xmas. Daddy is a Wish U Were Here doll, with yellow and blue backing like the one pictured. Please, if you’ve found him, inbox me as soon as possible.

08.01.2022 Dear Prime Minister I write to you as the leader of Australia’s largest transport and logistics company, Toll Group Australia has a dire road safety problem... In an open letter to Malcolm Turnbull, our managing director Michael Byrne calls on Government to address six critical areas to improve road safety. 1. One set of rules Australia-wide that applies to road freight operators 2. An operator licensing scheme to compel operators to have safe vehicles on the road and to adhere to set safety and compliance standards 3. Enhance community understanding of how to drive safely around trucks through a graduated licensing system and education campaigns 4. Incentivise and reward safe, modern fleets with life-saving technologies such as autonomous emergency braking systems and electronic stability control 5. Make black box technology mandatory in all new trucks 6. Draw on the experience of transport operators when it comes to improving road safety outcomes pertinent to heavy vehicles You can read the full story on our website http://bit.ly/2DaGwRQ
