One would think... that the manufacturers notices, as displayed to windows in areas of the upper level would be enough of a daily reminder of these requirements. obviously, thats just wishful thinking these days!! This is a second consecutive rate drop so lets hope the banks pass this on in full to all borrowers to save them more money off their Home Loan !

This photo was taken at one... of our most recent Pre-Purchase Building & Timber Pest Inspections, where an excessive amount of foliage and debris was noted within the roof space and in direct contact with the termination points of light fittings in areas. Please ensure to periodically (every 12months) inspect and clean the roof void area to prevent any risk to you and your family.
