23.01.2022 Your corporate team. In my 20 years in the game these guys are by far the hardest working people I have ever come across. Behind the scenes every single day we are planning, testing, brain storming, content creating, constantly challenging each other. Not one person in the team starts at 9 and finishes at 5. Just like you guys we are always working around the clock early mornings and very very late nights when needed. Sam and the state leaders just have this knack of hiring the most talented, hard working people I have ever met. All departments and all staff all have the same end goal. To support our brokers. This is my extended family and is why I feel right at home when I go to work every day. Have a great weekend.

21.01.2022 Interesting...I challenged myself to walk around the house during every call today with you guys, no sitting down except to eat lunch and standing desk when doing emails and hangouts. Check out the steps taken! Was estimating 8k tops so very happy with this.

13.01.2022 This was from a few months ago but I find myself reading it again and again. Just makes me feel so proud to be part of something so amazing. You guys, our brokers are the heart and soul of our group!

13.01.2022 What a harvard leadership course online looks like. The guy circled is professor Boris Groysberg. He is an absolute legend. Like many i just dont learn well from reading or watching a video, I need to see it, feel it, hear it to learn it. I sucked at school because I only now know that I didn't connect with the school learning style but the way Boris delivers his content just had me locked in and engaged for 4 hours straight. Learnt so much and can't wait to share it with you guys.

12.01.2022 So how's this? Today I did a 10 hour session ripping apart a broking business from scratch using the Kaizen method. Yes you read right 8am start to 6pm finish. Uncovered so much and a heavy focus on gaps in there process, double handling and cleaning out lots of wasted time. Picked up so much from our Kaizen master Michael Zavelberg.

10.01.2022 So my kids go back to school for 2 days next week, made me really reflect back and think about all the things that have happened in my life these past few months that wouldn't have happen if covid didn't happen, here is a list of the top 15. 1. I taught my daughter to ride her bike without training wheels 2. I became a Just Dance Champion, beating out people half my weight and half my age ... 3. I enjoyed sharing my lunch break with my daughters every day for the past few months 4. We bought a fish 5. We decluttered and looked at what was nice to have vs must have eg. i sold my $350 Samsung Galaxy Watch and bought a $70 Fit bit watch and for some reason i wear it more (go figure) 6. I watched every episode of Peaky Blinders for the first time (still not as good a GOT or Breaking bad) 7. My dog got to go for walks almost every day with us 8. My wife got to drive my Audi to work everyday (she will never go back to the forrester) 9. I learned to appreciate just how talented Taylor Swift is and how much effort she puts into writing her lyrics 10. I subscribed to Disney+ and realized how much peace it can bring when having video meetings with brokers 11. I had to home clip my dog (disaster) but made the girls laugh 12. I created lego sets that made me realize how restricted my imagination is compared to my kids. 13. I learned that when the ipad goes away the true creativity in kids come out (never thought a toilet roll and a pen was worth more then any toy i ever bought them) 14. I helped convince my dad to finally ditch his desktop and buy a laptop and ditch his corded vac and by a dyson stick vac (The was a year long journey but ISO made it happen) 15. Although i have always used one i now really appreciate the benefit a standing desk has on your health and posture when you work from home 5 days a week. All of the above would not have happened if covid didnt, def makes you wonder if this was our chance to hit the reset button in a time of such tragedy and life loss around the world. Would love to hear if you guys have any key stuff that has changed your life due to covid aside from doing things digitally for work.

06.01.2022 At 11am today there was a knock on my door, when I opened it there was a box on the floor, when I opened that there was Krispy kreme! This was sent to me from CSM in our group. I realised that all I was doing was my job, a small conversation, a small bit of extra effort, a extra phone call to help someone out. What just seemed like part of my day had an impact on someone else more then I realised. You know who you are and I can't thank you enough for making me feel so appreciated....had to go a little harder it the gym tonight!!! now the real challenge is...how will I get the kids to go to sleep when the sugar kicks in!

05.01.2022 Just returned from 3 days in the Gold Coast for our Annual Crows nest event. This event is held for corporate staff across all of the White family businesses to work on strategies for the year ahead. As expected the LM teams were all focussed on BID, lots of discussions and workshops on how we can best help out you guys for the year ahead. This was my 5th crows nest and was a particularly special one for me. I was honoured to be recognised by the White Family for my contributions to the skill development to our network. Was certainly a career highlight for me. Never felt so blessed too be working with such and great team by my side and feel so privileged to have such high quality brokers like yourselves as my business partners. Off course none of this would exist without the leadership of our chairman Sam White. Happy Valentine's Day!

04.01.2022 With loads of interstate travel coming up for work over the next few months I took this week off to spend some time with my family in the Gold Coast. Making memories with them at this age is my no.1 priority in my life right now.
