23.01.2022 Having trouble meeting your financial obligations? Don't know what to do? Best thing is to talk to the hardship team at your lender and see whether you can come to some arrangement. Once your loan is in arrears it becomes difficult to actually do anything as most other lenders will only touch it if there is good conduct. There are lenders who will look at a debt consolidation if it involves getting rid of credit card debt and personal loans but you need to have equity in your house to do so. always happy to have a friendly chat if you want to discuss your situation. [email protected]

23.01.2022 If you are wanting to see if there are any solutions to your loan dilemma then drop me a message or an email and I will see what options there are. [email protected]

23.01.2022 This weeks lowest rates available from the lenders on my panel. The rates are for Owner Occupied, P & I, Variable Rate Home Loans. Send me a message to find ou...t if we can save you some money on your current loan. Email [email protected] OR send me a DM now.

21.01.2022 Looking for a solution? Lenders usually have rates based on risk ..... so if you are in a tricky spot and are looking for something to get you back on track it might mean 12 months of a higher rate (though possibly less repayments) Whether you have a tax debt you need paid out, haven't done tax returns for a few years, have a default on your investment loan and want to purchase an owner occupied, have negative equity and want a lower rate ...... send me a message and it would make my day if I could help you out!

20.01.2022 2.89% 3 year fixed rate, with a 100% offset account against the loan available! CR 3.55% Owner Occupied Only. Message me for more details!

20.01.2022 need cash out to pay a tax debt? Might be slightly higher rate for a year but then you have options to refinance debt (subject to meeting lenders requirements) to a lower rate.

18.01.2022 Come find us down at Perry Lakes this morning in front of the club house. Ask us anything home loans or try your luck with the lollie jar guessing competition. #itsfree #freecoffee #homeloans #supportlocal

13.01.2022 Got casual income and think you don’t qualify for a loan? Send me some deets and I will look at some options.

10.01.2022 Got negative equity in your house and being slugged a big rate and can't go move your loan! I may have an option :)

07.01.2022 Hardship Provisions - most lenders have provisions for 6 months of capitalising interest onto your loan. You need to however make sure you know what the lender is planning to do at the end of 6 months ie do you need to make up the repayments straight away or can you spread the catch up over the remaining loan term etc. Usually lenders require the borrowers to ring the lender and discuss it with them rather than go through their broker. If you need the contact details for your lender feel free to send me a message or an email [email protected]

07.01.2022 Have you tried to do something with your loan and the valuations have come in low and the lender says you need to pay a loan down or you just can't do anything? Just saw a couple who had 3 valuations with a lender, I paid for 3 new valuations and they came back with an extra 100k of equity! That was 80k more they could borrow against their properties! Whats more .... the rates I offered them were on average 0.24% lower than their existing lender. Send me a question or a scenario around any loans. I charge no fees for any information or services I provide. [email protected]

02.01.2022 If you have a loan and need to stop payments on your loan, go to your lender website and find the link to their Covid-19 support package. Most of them have an option to suspend repayments for up to 6 months. Make sure you read the small print because the lender will keep adding the interest onto your loan. But if you are going to end up short on cash over the next few months it is probably a good option. If you need help on anything just email me [email protected] or message me here.
