02.01.2022 The Analyst/Programmer for Support is responsible for the maintenance of existing LWT applications. Monitors and ensures smooth operation of assigned programs and responds to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding. The Analyst/Programmer will be working closely with clients through a series of actions either over the phone or via email to help set up systems or resolve application issues. The role will also be involved in working and supporting the ...roll-out of new system installations, working closely with different group within the Technical Services Team. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains, monitor existing LWT systems. Records, troubleshoot system problems, diagnosing application faults and communicates with clients via email and phone for details and resolution of issues. Manages open tickets properly by responding and attending to tickets according to priority. Responds to issues within the agreed SLAs and provides regular status update to clients. Debugs, code, test and deploy changes in accordance with the established process of the team. Provides support in installation, configuration and troubleshooting for new client installs. Documents all relevant changes related to the resolution of issues by complying with the set of standards and established process within the Technical Services Team. Establish and maintain conformance with ISO standards within the context of the existing ISMS framework. Establish good relationship and rapport with clients as well as with all members of the Technical Services. Perform other related duties as required.
