Even though this is a technical Biryani, without a doubt it is one of the most delicious, aromatic and flavourful Biryani. Biryani lovers might know that Hyderabadi Dum Biryani is considered to be one of the most sought after Biryanis in the world!... Some of the technicalities include: Meat is not cooked prior like regular Biryanis, it cooks in the Dum or Steam No water required in this Biryani Rice is only boiled for less than 5 minutes and the rest of it is cooked in Dum Minimum spices are required to prepare this Biryani, all the flavour comes from the Whole Garam Masala and Fresh herbs No tomatoes required for this Biryani So do we have any daring cooks to try this Biryani?
