It has been tough for many, including ourselves at Local Agent, but we want to reassure you that we are doing our absolute best to continue providing our high quality services to all of our tenants, owners and clients. Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this difficult period as our staff work tir...elessly to assist you with your queries. So what's happening at Local Agent? - We are open every week day for business ( hours may vary but open till atleast 4pm) - We have set up hygiene protocols which only allow 2 people in the office at once with social distancing measures in place - Everything is being cleaned meticulously throughout the day - We are providing virtual tours and private inspections for our rental and sales properties In regards to Sales we are still listing (and successfully selling) properties! In fact we have been inundated with listings the last 2 weeks and March resulted in a stand- out month for our sales agents with happy clients and owners. Serious and motivated buyers are still well and truly in the market! We'll keep you posted if there are any other changes, but for now we're doing our best to run as normal as possible.
