20.01.2022 Yesterday was a super exciting day, hosting the first ever Locked In Coaches Academy session, not much sleep the night before and nerves all morning, but it was all worth it in the end. A big thank you to the Eastern Eagles Basketball Club, absolute pleasure having so many coaches willing to learn more about basketball, there are more exciting times to come! We are introducing two new programs for Term 1, specialised skills workouts, no more than 6 players per session and everything taught will translate to game scenarios, and stats will be tracked as a group to monitor progression.
