01.01.2022 G’day We are Lockey (Sean) 46 and Mandy 44 Locke and are travelling around Australia for the next 10 odd years .We have our own house with us as you can see S.A.M is rather smallish ( 18.6mtrs all up ) We have two children Aaron (22) and Zoe`(18) both working and independent (almost ), now they have all grown up and off our hands it’s time to see Australia , as we both have lost our fathers in the last couple years it’s the right time to sell our business Cowaramup Landscap...e Supplies and Bobcat hire which we have owned and ran for the last 14 years .( Why work all your life , retire then see Australia ) So we have sold up and had a custom 5th wheel toy hauler built ( S.A.M ) and Lockey fully customized the 2015 Isuzu NQR 450 Crew cab and Mandy the Finance Controller ( Which she had a very hard time capping Lockey ) We are looking for larger properties or Businesses to house sit/mind, but you will be surprised where I can back S.A.M into so don’t worry if you think there’s not the room some space to park up for a week to a month or so (speedway track, race course, industrial yard, farm, anywhere out the way), Sam is total self contained (fuel food water) for 30 days anywhere in Australia all we would like is an area around 20 mtrs long x 6 mtrs wide , in return for space we can care take premises, manage your business while you are on holidays , work off rent for agreed hours , whatever we can do to repay for your kindness . We are always looking for work either payed or free in trade off’s from hour to a week or a month and both have National police clearances and are fully insured. See more
