19.01.2022 Lockhart-Krause Architects is giving a guest lecture at University of New South Wales this Friday. 9am 10am at Central Lecture Block 8 - CLB 8. The presentation will focus on 'Architectural Process'; filled with interaction, questions, models, sketching and discussion. More the merrier, please feel free to come along.

16.01.2022 Lockhart-Krause Architects Boutique Hotel project in Tasmania continues to progress. During a recent meeting onsite with the client and builder a physical model helped to clearly communicate ideas of a singular curved track, connecting all key elements on the site: site entrance (bottom left) existing spring (middle right) and ridge (top center). The building, formed from rammed earth, sourced directly from the site, perches itself just over the crest of the open hill, twisting over 90 degrees from south to west, progressively framing spectacular views of the surrounding mountain ranges.
